With a minimum of 100 guests, you can choose from the Sapphire, Emerald or Ruby wedding packages, which include everything you need for a full-service reception. Beginning with the Sapphire Package, your guests will enjoy a glass of champagne or Martinelli’s (non-alcoholic sparkling cider) buffet or plated meal, cake cutting service, elegant linens in your wedding colors, dance floor and room rental. From there, each package expands in features to include wine and hosted bar, fruit punch, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, a bottle of wine per table, ivory underlays with centerpieces, chair covers with sashes, custom wedding cake and a wedding night suite with champagne, chocolate and chocolate-covered strawberries. You have the flexibility to let Hamilton’s and the Radisson provide and decorate everything for you. Or you can add your own personal touch with table decorations and cake you bring.
